However, it’s tough to attain such a digital marketer which is comprehensive in all field. As a matter of fact, he or she should have confidence in online marketing, as an employer you may not. Here are some of the beautiful idea while hiring a digital marketer or SEO team lead for your firm.
Check his/her skills by finding the portfolio –
Make sure that while recruiting an SEO analyst or an Executive maintaining some portfolio with them. If he/she coming from a Digital marketing Company, you can check their recent project. Well, if he/she was freelance for years – such that, check thing portfolio does make sense.
If he/she is good in content writing – then no doubt, you can hire. As the latest Google current 2020, algorithms follow the BERT update and such that, the importance of content decides the benefits of ranking. Thus, in turn, you are finding quality support in terms of real digital marketer following the algorithms.
You might be seeing candidates who know Online marketers but don’t know the algorithm updates. Studying and by hearing the algorithm is not a big deal. But, as an SEO analyst and if you are working for an SEO Company or any firm, should aware of the basics.
At least, you should be aware of the latest algorithm updates and the guidelines which are mandatory in the eye of Google. Online marketing trends are switching day by day and year by year. There were agencies doing the best – if you are aware of such recruiters, then no worries. Else never try to go for it – as you are wasting your time as well as spoiling the employee’s dream.
